Twins in Chinese / Japanese...

雙胞胎 means twin or twins in Chinese.

This can refer to any twins (identical, fraternal, and maybe conjoined/Siamese twins too). A few more characters would be added to this twins word to specify what kind of twins. But this is the simplest twins title.

双子 means twins or twin in Japanese Kanji.

双子 is also a way to write twins in Simplified Chinese. In Traditional Chinese and old Japanese, it's 雙子.

This can also be a Japanese place name, Futago.

双生児 is a Japanese word that means twins.

This also means twins.

雙子座 is the Japanese way to write Gemini (twins) from western astrology.

This also happens to be the Simplified Chinese version of this title - however, I recommend the Traditional Chinese version if your audience is Chinese.
